With that 700lbs you've used up 1/2 of the available payload of your Armada plus the 125lbs for the hitch.
You didn't mention whether the RV was loaded ready to camp or how much water onboard when the tongue weight was only 700lbs. Load it up ready to pull out to the campground then slide the scale under the tongue for a true weight.
