I added a SeeLevel II to my impact 311 over the winter. The black water last year ranged from 3/4 to full regardless of level.

During the installation I found that one of the wires had came off of the stock black water sensor studs. The nut(s) that held it on was gone. Anyway, might be something worth checking.

For what it is worth the SeeLevel installation was not too bad once you get the wire from your monitor location to the underside of the RV.
