I have this in a different post, but I have my bike mounted indoors. I installed bike mounts to the underside of my dinette seating. I just drop the table, remove cushions, and flip the seat board and instant bike rack. Bikes are secure, they stay out of the weather and back bumper not messed with.
These pictures are from our previous trailer, but I will be doing the same in our new one this spring.
