My converter is the lower half of my breaker panel box. The face of the breaker box unscrews and comes off and then you see the converter.

The converter is the “transformer” that reduces shore power to 12V for your 12V devices and battery charging. As another poster mentioned, it’s on its own breaker. Perhaps it’s time to shut off *all* breakers, then turn them on one at a time with 5 minutes between each one if the trip is time delayed.
