Yes and No on the testing. I have been building a "sound proof" box of sorts for it and haven't yet put it under any kind of load. Right now, it is sitting in the authorized service center waiting to be looked at regarding a starting issue.
Yesterday, it took me about 25 pulls to get the darn thing started and today, after 40, I gave up.

I phoned the distributor in Abby - doesn't sell them - about the starting - or lack of - and they said that they have had about 10% returns on them for this problem.

I may end up with a new unit - depending upon what they find at the service center in Chwk. I am certainly not about to keep this unit if it does have a starting issue.

I'm going back in tomorrow and talk to the service tech and see what he has to say.
So far, I am not impressed with this thing and may either get a new one that starts or ask for my $$$ back and get something else.
