I think a bigger factor to consider would be prior owner maintenance/upkeep. Both are "intermediate level" trailers, built by Keystone using essentially the same people, same building techniques, same materials, same equipment and built at the same location, so there's not much difference in the two trailers (other than floorplan, colors and optional equipment).

What is more important is to realize that you're considering a 2009 and a 2011 trailer. One is 9 model years old and one is 7 model years old. How well the previous owner maintained the trailer (or how little he did other than pull it around the country) will impact your future satisfaction much more than whether the brand has "positive trending reviews" or whether some owners had problems.

With either trailer, you'll be well served to do some very detailed inspections of the trailer structure, running gear, systems and especially the roof/water intrusion protection. Hiring an "expert" to inspect your future investment (if you aren't adequately qualified) is money well spent !!!!!
