Beware, those kids grow. And as they grow the extra space will be appreciated. Being as you have it I would keep it until the kids are older. They money you will loss trading is a LOT and you may regret as the kids get older. Once they are 16 there interest in hanging out with the parents usually diminished and by that time you would be in a better position to down size and not lose as much money.

I have 4-boys 15, 13, 10 &10 (twins) and a 36' haven't found a campground yet that can't accommodate my RV.
