Just don't get caught watering the trees by that method in most city/state/national parks or face a hefty fine.
If you dump it onto YOUR yard that's up to you, but it's still illegal most everywhere.
I know the grey water is not an issue dumping on the ground, but there's too many out there that think it's ok to dump the black as well. Actually saw a fellow doing the "cousin Eddy" in a Walmart parking lot storm drain. Another forum member fertilizes his 3 acre yard with it, YUK!
