I don't think there is much, if any difference between the bumpers on a TT and the bumpers on a 5er. They both are not particularly sturdy. I would not trust either with a hitch for a triple tow.

Curt Manufacturing makes a nice receiver hitch assembly designed specifically to install on the rear end of RV's including TT's and 5er's. It connects directly to the frame, bypassing the bumper completely. If I were going to triple tow, I'd install one of them first. It will handle the tongue weight and the pull weight of a good size boat safely.
