Ours did not pull out, but I noticed that it was deforming the wall since there is only a thin piece of aluminum behind the paneling.
I took care of it myself by anchoring the pulleys to an aluminum plate that attaches to the top wall tubing and the tube above the slide opening. I did both sides:
The top screws are noticeable only if you look for them above the slide trim.

How did you locate the tubing behind the wall, and did you thread that tubing? What kind of fasteners did you use?
I want to do the same, especially with my motor mount as it is not in straight which causes issues on the chain.
I would like to "tune up" all of this on my living room slide-out this winter.
