I like the TP mount inside the vanity door. However, I haven't gotten that pemanent yet. Our quick fix last year was an adjustable spring loaded curtain rod/shower rod between two walls. It's nice cause it keeps the TP out of reach of little ones, and you can put two or more rolls on and never run out. Also doubles as an extra towel rack. We have a second spring rod in the roof of the shower for towels as well. Over time I'll have to see if the rod is damaging the wall and adjust as needed.
