We also have the 272RLS and had the same issue when we first bought our trailer new. On our first trip we noticed the floor getting wet. When I opened up the box where the water pump and the water lines come into the unit, it was obvious where the water was coming from. The housing on our water pump had a crack and was leaking the water. Since we were using the city water connection I was able to bypass the water pump to stop the leak. From what you are describing I would assume you are leaking water from one of your hoses, either at a clamp or fitting or from a small hole in one of the hoses. Water is then leaking onto the carpet and running down the hose into the underbelly and then coming out from the underbelly at your drain location. That would be my best guess. I would take the top off of the box next to the bed and check your hoses and hose fittings. I would also check the front of the pump for leaks as well. I hope this helps you find the problem, good luck!
