Not at all, that's everywhere. In Beavercreek, Ohio the Walmart's there don't allow parking either, I saw first hand what they are capable of. I was parked there (broken down) and they started swarming in like seagulls. Security was on them pretty quickly. He explained to us why they had to be on top of it. I wouldn't count on Walmart security to be of much help at the stores we frequent, they're usually asleep in their little security vehicle parked in the shade somewhere & if not pretty sure even I could out run them without breaking a sweat & I'm old & slow.
