Okay, in the light of day I've now looked up your trailer's specs... you have a single grey water tank and a single black tank... It is extremely common for the valve handles to be mislabeled from the factory.. In fact it's so common that it is a standard joke on many forums of many different brand trailers.

The good news is... pull the other handle...

As for indicator lights on the panel... they are generic (mine has two blacks, and two greys) and only two of them will actually indicated anything beyond empty most of the time.. push another one and see what shows up.. It also isn't unusual for the panel to be mixed up.. not as often as the valves but still it happens..
