Be aware that microwaves have a ceramic slow-burn fuse and if it is blown, it's blown for a reason. The most common cause (as was the case for me) is the capacitor. Don't mess with capacitors unless you're competent. A blown capacitor usually has a bulge on top but it's also easy to test using continuity. If the multi-meter beeps, it's blown.
