I am convinced this blown fuse goes no where other than a wire inside the wall that ocasionally grounds out while traveling.

Perhaps they installed the optional 12v wine chiller and forgot to tell you where it is. I hope you can find where it goes. Something like this would drive me crazy ..... okay crazier. .... Hank
