I've looked at the link to the new Towmax STR and don't see where it says it is all steel, has a steel wire carcass, or any steel in the sidewall. Maybe I missed it. New tread design looks like Maxxis to me, open grooves between the treads all the way around.
If someone ever builds a steel carcass tire like Sailun and Goodyear in load range E they should get plenty of customers.
