I contacted Keystone. They came back with a response about a week later and said they you could only set a TV in the location. At that point, I had already mounted one. My stud finder showed wood backing up to about the middle of the area. I just offset the TV 2" to the left, it seems solid. I'm taking it on a trip this Thursday, so that will be the test. Attached is pic for anyone's future reference.
