Here's 10 minutes I'll never get back....
I think I've got the 'Hep' part...the original patent was applied for in 2005 by 'Hepworth Building Products'. I thought maybe the 'v' was for valve, and the 'o' for one-way, but those letters appear in all the various pieces they make, so perhaps not.
