They should winterize it or be responsible for any damage caused. But they along with keystone don’t care. Hell they don’t even keep the unit plugged in to get battery charged. Had to jump battery when picked up to check repairs.

Agree, and my TT's 2x6V batteries were nearly dead too! They seem to have recovered during drive home and now plugged in to house. First attempt at turning on pump and running a wee bit of water looked good, gonna leave her sit overnight and look for leaks then.
