2015 23rb electric brake
doing bearing repack, found the two right (passenger) side electric brakes 'broken' in that the magnet and spring fell out when the brake drum was removed. left side (driver) brakes were just fine. 23rb specs say 4655 dry weight, 2145 cargo for 6800 max weight - that makes the dexter axels 3500 weight capacity. etrailer.com is recommending the AKEBRK-35R-SA replacement electric brakes.
two questions: 1. does this sound like the correct replacement electric brake? 2. has anyone encountered this problem before or have any idea why both brakes would break (pun intended) on just one side
