Knowing the year and model might be helpful. There are many threads here about tanks not draining, only to find out that there is a third handle hidden somewhere, depending on the model. The biggest culprit I can think of is the on the frame up under a slideout and behind and/or above the wheels. And it is black on black and hard to see. Mine is one of these. But they have been found in other locations also.
