Mike, sounds like you have a full gray tank. Don't know what model you have, do you have 1 or 2 gray tanks? Some models have a gray tank for the kitchen and a separate gray tank for the bathroom sink and tub/shower. There will be 3 handles to drain all the tanks. Hope this helps.
