If you haven't fixed the problem yet and you have no blown fuses, I recommend checking the running ugh circuit with a voltage meter at the 7 pin adapter on your tow vehicles. If you have voltage there, then the problem is in the trailer plug or trailer wiring.
If. You have no blown fuses in the tow vehicle and no voltage at the 7 pin adapter, then there is a wiring problem in the tow vehicle.
I would start there.
