I just left the Ford site and loaded a F450 with everything possible, including $1,695 shipping, and came up with $102,365. In fact I loaded so much 'stuff' that the payload is probably down to about 850 pounds...
I'd say $100K used would be a little harsh. Although a friend/acquaintance is a GMC salesman and he tells sad, sad stories about how low all the sales employee's checks are right now at his dealership. Just plain nothing to sell.
