Generic answer: if there isn't a ladder then the roof is non walkable and adding a ladder isn't probable.

IF the factory built your model with a ladder option but the dealer didn't order it that way, then the framework and bracing would be there. We are now working with 2018 model year so your unit would be considered 13 years old. I'm. It sure how long Keystone would keep records of options on models for that year.

My advise: use a regular ladder, and use 1/2 sheets of 1/4" plywood to spread the load when your on the roof. 130 pounds isn't that heavy but I wouldn't chance it.
