Nice. Not everyone has a 30A outlet (or able to keep their trailer at home)

Yes, if you hook the trailer to the city water, you don't need to turn on the water pump. However, don't leave either on when you're not monitoring the trailer. A simple leak in the internal plumbing can result in a terrible flood.
