Most people do not use a blue tank to empty black waste. It's a MESS to clean up, makes the blue tote an "unfriendly component" and you'll never get the smell out of it.

Most who have done it, either buy another tank for gray water and throw the old one away, or spend days and days trying to get the stench out so they can use it for gray water only.....

I'd urge you not to "experiment with black water in a blue tote"..... Lessons learned from others are much less painful !!!!!
