I had similar problems on my 2017 Laredo. My solution was to run a single direct coax from the tailgater thru the outside kitchen and direct to the back side of the Dish "black box" for the living area TV.

I found that I could hook up and receive park cable TV from either outside jack (labeled "cable" and "satellite" in the docking station - identical to your pic)...therefore the connection seems have continuity - but apparently the signal from tailgater does not have enough low voltage "umphf" to get thru the internally wired coax+splitters to provide signal to the black box. Single direct coax from point A (tailgater) to point B (Dish black box) solved the problem.
