Well guys - I tried your ideas, and had thought I had it made, but didn't. After spending hours on trying every fricking which way, I did just as MarkS said, and ran the coax through a window.
Sure as ****, the dish worked great! So there is obviously something askew with the wiring in the trailer.
I was thinking about putting a jack on the outside, directly behind the coax jack plate, and running a short little coax to that, but I need to find a coax jack with a cover. I'm thinking the rv store.
Thank you, though.....I really had hope!!
