The TOP connction at the outside is the Satellite "IN" you have to have RG6 cable from the portable dish "PRIMARY" out to the Sat in. The coax is beige.

At the TV: you need another coax of RG6 hooked to the beige outlet and to the receiver "SATELLITE IN". Then you run any coax from the receiver "OUT TO TV" to the TV. You will have to set the TV to receive "CABLE/SAT" and do a channel scan with the receiver turned on.

Your TV will find either channel 3 or 4 depending on the setting on the back of the receiver. Once the receiver is found, stop the channel scan and go to that channel.

Your receiver might say "searching for satellite signal" if it does, then let it go until it faults out. Then follow the directions that came with the dish.

You will probably have to go to setup, satellite, repeat setup:
Be sure to choose, MULTI SWITCH not SWM, and option 2 (3 LNB) in the box above. After sc olongapo over to continue, it should verify set up. If the settings are right it will give you more prompts.

Are you sure the dip switches in the dish are set to Direct Tv?
