Man oh man! This has got me worked up - SUPER ideas; just super! I think I've got a container of 4" deck screws in the shop and I'll have to round up a nice piece of wood...thinking red oak maybe. I'm getting on this and gonna git er done.....errrr, I'd better run that by the "one in command" before I jump the gun.
