I've got 5 of those LR D on a tandem axle boat trailer. No issues in 3+ years. 3 of them on a utility trailer that the son hasn't tore up yet. Just put 3 on another boat trailer. Highly recommend.
I believe Carlisle is now making steel cased tires in smaller sizes. You might look into that. That could be Sailun not Carlisle though.
