Yours is much newer than mine and may be a different design, but when I had issues with mine a small impact wouldn't cut it. Used a good sized 3/8" drive ratchet and moved it by hand.
If yours is the same as mine when you go this route you will feel where its binding and you can then stop and look for where the issue is.
My issue was also the 30A thermal breaker at the trailer frame up front. Mine had the 2 outdoor lights wired into the same circuit as the motor thru the breaker so if you have no lights theres a good chance that you have no power to the switch as well.
