If pouring into the fw tank it'll possibly take several gallons before the pump would pick up suction + if there's any water left in the tank it may be enough to dilute the anti freeze to the point of being useless.
If your rv is not equipped with the hose as mentioned they sell a kit to add it, which would be a better option than wasting several gallons of anti freeze.
