The Discount Tire I use can mount them but charges a hefty premium and then can't inflate beyond 85 psi; because they don't want to fool with resetting the regulator on their compressor.. They do have a safety cage..
They mounted the 17.5 Goodyear G114's I just put on my Avalanche.. but I had to inflate them beyond the 85 psi, when I got them home and before I installed them.
