I do not see a single problem when looking at the photos. Does that mean you will never have a problem, I doubt it. RVs are in need of a lot more maintenance than your house. Learn to spot and fix the minor stuff or pay big money to the RV shop. You should know every NEW thing you buy looses a pile of value as you leave the lot. Depending on how you paid for it you may need to keep it for 5 or more years before being under water. And if you do not maintain it, the value or worth will be a munch less.
Enjoy the time your spend with your family camping that is priceless.
