We carry an aluminum "rollup" table with us to use under the awning. Aluminum so it won't melt if we decide to use the grill or a hot plate on it and rollup so it stores easily in little space. If you decide on one similar to this, be sure that the legs are adjustable. Seldom will you find a campsite that is "level enough to use a table" without having to find a rock or chock to put under one or more legs so it's sturdy and doesn't rock or wobble.
