Fresh noob here. (Was that redundant?)
Have the 3.0 Ground Control on our new Sprinter 319MKS. TT Love the setup, but sadly already broken before the trailers maiden voyage this coming weekend. Was getting it ready to hook and go for Friday after work. Set it to auto retract. Waited while it did it's thing....and, BANG. The trailer rocked down on the right front corner. Could glimpse just enough underneath to see that the worm screw broke free of the gear box, with the thrust bearing laying on the other side of the bracket the worm screw passes thru. Oh well, just going to have to do the manual jack thing for the inaugural trip. (Heavy sigh of Scarlett O'Hara exasperation.)
