I have a 23rb as well. We have only gone about 1000 miles. We also had the drawer and doors come open. I am new to rving so I drive slow and cautious not like Andy granetelli! I have had a number of plastic items break, curtain stretchers , storage latch, and have been fussing with the door jam latch. The strike plate screw was over tightened and striped, replaced with a larger one. I agree, there are cheap parts, and , well workmanship, well workmanship hasn't really bitten me is the xxx yet but all the cheap parts are made in China. I still love my passport, I only hope I don't have your MAJOR issues. As far as the size, how do you like it.
