If I purchased a new RV and bought the warranty, I would take it back and insist they make it right. The minute you start shooting glue with a syringe, they will throw up their hands and claim you caused all the problem. Under my carpet, which I removed earlier this year and replaced with vinyl, I found there was no glue on the linoleum underneath; just staples so it is possible this stuff was never glued down in the first place. I am sure more knowledgeable folks will chime in on this point. If it bubbled, the most likely cause I can think of is that the vinyl wasn't cured at the factory and was forced right up to the edges and when there were temp changes, it just came up? If it was supposed to be glued, they will have to remove it to reglue and I am not sure how well it would come up as it will likely stick in places where it hasn't popped. I would make them do it right this time since the factory didn't in the first place.
