Another consideration could be how sure are you that you are going to return to CONUS in 24-36 months. Are you retiring after your next deployment, or could you possibly be stationed in Hawaii, Japan or some other OCONUS location after EU? If you’re not retiring, seems like 24-36 mo storage estimate might be a gamble.
