Resettable breaker is opening up when it gets hot due to age or high current flow due to low voltage.
Easy to check with a multi meter and I sure as the devil would not pay $750 for a new converter. Hiway robbery is an understatement.
New converter and new resettable breaker under $200 and basic mechanical skills to replace both
