Typically if you have just one outside antenna connection then remove coax for park cable and connect sat dish to that port.
Then on the inside remove the short coax loop and connect dish receiver to top port on that wall outlet. Then connect dish receiver to TV set using HDMI cable if TV has an HDMI input port.
And of course turn OTA booster switch off and set TV input to the HDMI port you plugged receiver into.
If using a portable dish there will also be a power inserter that must be in the coax loop to provide power to antenna dish
