Something is wrong - a 1 year old A/C should not have dirt on the fins or some plug causing the whole thing to freeze up. If your trailer was 10 years old I could see some of the things being talked about. A 2016 trailer? No way. Take some pictures of the freeze-up if you can't easily demonstrate it and get it back to the dealer ASAP.
