Just a personal observation but there is a lot of corrosion in that picture. You did say it was a 2020 trailer. Something doesn't seem right here. Did someone remove the 2020 setup and replace with older equipment?
From personal experience I once bought a 2012 trailer in 2014 (used) and the first time I needed to refill the propane tanks it was pointed out to me that the tanks were out of date and I needed recertification or new tanks. On a two year old trailer????? The dealer was great, they purchased two new tanks and had them filled for me.
