According to that "google search" (yup, a very un-scientific study knowing how google advertising sets priority hits), it looks like the "jacked up diesels" come in all brands from all manufacturers.
As for why the "rich kids prefer Ford".... Maybe it's because of cost? Ford sticker prices are the highest of the big 3 followed by GM and finally RAM brings up the rear. So, if you're a "rich kid" would you really want to save money buying a cheap truck????? Again, a very "un-scientific study"
