First,
to the forum -- glad you found us. Secondly, your question about stocking and outfitting an RV has been asked and discussed here on the forum numerous times before so I would suggest as a start that you Google "Outfitting an RV". There are many sites that can be found which will give you lots of suggestions.
The same with maintenance. Try Google ( a search for RV Maintenance) - there is so much information already out there.
