I have a much older camper and my power center is a bit different than your power center but your power center will have a black or dark brown cover and be approximately 18" wide. I think perhaps it will be under your refrigerator but after looking at some sales pictures for your model can swear to it. The cover needs to be opened and there will be several circuit breakers. The largest amperage breaker will be on the left and likely had 30 on it. Turn it all the way off then all the way back on like a light switch. Breaker switch may appear to be untripped to the eye but actually is. You may have also tripped one of the 15A breakers which provide electricity to the outlets on the wall and it is very likely your space heater shouldn't be used on these outlets. Last, the outlet with the reset is a GFI outlet and trips when water is in the circuit and that is why they are used in the bath area and kitchen. They are usually in a circuit with other outlets that are protected by the one with the reset.
I suggest you purchase and use an ELECTRICAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS) to protect your expensive components from damage; a surge protector will NOT. The Progressive unit shown here is the one I use but there are others; don't be fooled by them calling it a surge protector and note they call it a EMS in the description:

Last you may want to run a heavy duty extension cord out a window or such and connect your space heater if you are in an RV park as the pedestal will typically have a 15/20A outlet on the pedestal that can be used and you likely won't trip anything in your camper.
