Shrink wrap the trailer itself?
I would not do it to mine but that's just me.
I would be worried about it not coming off.
At work we use it about 60% of the time doing outside decking for epoxy floors
Had about 160 LF x 3' get stuck to the railing and was only on for like 3 days took my two guys a full 14 hours to get that stuff off
